Online Business Manager
I’m Hillary Sciscoe,
Harmony Virtual Solutions
Kajabi Business Management
I love to use my creative and technical skills on projects where the energy heart-centered and powerful. I work with therapists, intuitive coaches, and spiritual healers.
Over the last 25 years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and nonprofits, been a solopreneur, and worked for over a decade at a successful, bootstrapped startup. I’ve led teams focusing on the success of customers within the high-tech, as well as the health and wellness industry. It’s when I’m partnering with others to grow their business that I thrive. I love using my skills to support strong, kind, and powerful women to get their message out.
I’ve always been happiest at the crossroads of technology and service. Within the private, non-profit, and government sectors, I’ve held roles on the technical side like webmaster, systems administrator, and membership coordinator. On the wellness side, the roles vary from an instructor of yoga, pilates, circuit training, and belly dance to a wellness coach and cardiac rehab assistant.
Hillary is warm and welcoming and very encouraging. She inspires a sense of confidence. Knowing she has my back frees me in many ways, both emotionally freeing me from worry and stress, and giving me back time that can be spent doing the thing I love do – working with clients.
I can help your virtual presence.
Your business needs someone that can relate to others and lead your online presence. That’s my team and me.
My team has the empathy and the ability to understand multiple perspectives, making us naturals for marketing, problem-solving, and creating a seamless customer experience. Personally, my interests in marketing have been lifelong.
As an entrepreneur, I create my own products and services and market them, and I have been for over 20 years. I partner with my clients to build their websites and market their products and services, and I create herbal concoctions and sell them locally and online. In the past, I made glass arts and sold them at craft shows and internationally through my website. In addition, I taught yoga without a parent organization with packed classes and a steady client base who returned class after class.
It was when I decided to move forward in my tech career that I stepped away from self-employment and the health and wellness industry. Working at a startup allowed me to wear many hats and liaison with each area of the company to further my overall understanding of the ‘business world.’
Now, I can bring together the two paths I have always been passionate about. I am excited to work with people who are passionate about helping others.
Behind the scenes
I’m a bit of a workaholic, even when I am not working. I spend hours in my garden hauling wood chips and pulling weeds during the summer. It is my happy place. I love watching things grow (organically, whether it’s food or business)!
I grow several herbs to make my own teas and herbal remedies. My daughter eats tomatoes, beans, and wood sorrel out of the garden daily.
We have a yard full of two and four-legged creatures, furry and feathered, and I am blessed with an amazing husband to do all the heavy lifting.
This way of life is year-round for us since we both work at home and also homeschool, even pre-COVID. I love giving my daughter the freedom to learn about whatever her interests lead her. I also love having my garden surround my workspace so I can walk out and harvest herbs or pull weeds as a rejuvenating break or have the freedom to take time to play a game or hula hoop with my daughter.
A few of my favorite things
Cats, dogs, rabbits… things with fur
Rocks and Crystals
I believe that our choices are what make life worth living, and I choose to do what I love from where I love. I would love to chat with you about your virtual business.
