1. Background
{{client.name}} requires technical assistance with WordPress, including updating plugins, themes, and keeping things up to date.
2. Scope
Harmony Virtual Solutions will lead the upkeep of your WordPress website, including the front-end (website and landing pages) and the backend (updating plugins, monitoring for broken links).
3. Monitoring and Evaluation
We'll use Slack or email for our communication and project updates.
4. Rates
Only the onboarding fee is due upon package purchase.
The client will be billed monthly for the plan chosen above.
5. Availability
Regular Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 am Eastern to 6 pm Eastern. However, we do work to live, not live to work, and reserve the right to a flexible schedule.
6. Invoices and Payment
The Onboarding Fee is due today.
- The onboarding fee is a $150 setup fee to accompany monthly packages. This time will be used to align on marketing & branding, create shared folders, obtain passwords, confirm logins, etc.
- An invoice will be prepared in the first week of each month for work performed the previous month.
- Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
- A .83% late fee will be added for invoices not paid within 14 days of the date of invoice and every 14 days thereafter until payment is received.
- Payments can be made through the invoice online by bank draft (preferred) or credit card.
7. Task Timeframes
To align all aspects of a task to various projects and collaborators, a minimum of 2-weeks is necessary. All assets are due at least 2 weeks before the decided completion date.
8. Rush Job Requests and Delayed Assets
We plan ahead to complete a project or task the best we can. A job with less than 2-weeks notice or a task with delayed assets will have a 20% fee, or a minimum of $50, which will be included on the next invoice.
9. Requests for Additional Work
Client, or an associate, will advise HVS of work to be completed through email, submitting the work request form or Slack.
A slack channel may also be used and can be provided to discuss upcoming project needs.
Work requested would include but is not limited to
- Landing pages
- Website updates
- Sales funnels, including lead generation and payment
- Social media content
- Video editing
- Email marketing
- SEO
- Graphics
10. Independent Contractor
Both parties agree that the relationship created by this agreement is that of an independent contractor and not that of employee and employer.
11. Agreement Length
The length of this agreement is valid for three months, at which time both parties may review and amend it for future planning.
Either party may end this agreement with a 14-day notice.
